ABOUT EMCCS


The European Molecular and Cellular Cognition Society is an international organization focused on fostering scientific exchanges in Europe in the field of Molecular and Cellular Cognition. 

EMCCS was funded in 2004 as the European branch of the Molecular and Cellular Cognition Society (MCCS), which has its headquarters in North America. Since 2008, EMCCS is also affiliated to the Federation of European Neurosciece Societies (FENS) as a Monodisciplinary Society. 

EMCCS has regularly organized Satellite meetings immediately before the biannual meeting of the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS). We have also periodically organize Winter and Summer Schools for training in Molecular and Cellular Cognition.
